**There is a $2.00 online fee per ticket.
This event features a vendors gallery. The vendors tables are 6 feet long and are provided by the hotel. The tables are not preassigned or reserved. They are available on a first-come first-serve basis. The gallery is located in an open, well-lit area directly in front of the entrace to the ballroom. We try not to duplicate items that are available. This allows each vendor to sell as much merchandise as possible. All vendors are asked to bring their own extension cords and all equipment that may be needed. Any special request items need to be cleared by the foundation. Those requests should be made either via an e-mail or submitted on the vendor contract. All vendors receive a complimentary business card ad in our souvenir ad journal. You can either choose topurchase just a vendors table or a vendors table with a meal. In lieu of a cash payment, vendors have the option of donating a gift basket for our tricky tray auction. You can support the DIAMOND Foundation's annual scholarship luncheon and fashion extravaganza by purchasing an advertisement in our souvenir journal. Highlight your business or show your support of the foundation or our scholarship recipients. The souvenir ad booklet is 8.5 (H) x 5.5 (W) inches in size. It features full page color ads as well as black and white ads in full page, three-quarters page, half page and business card sizes. Ads are to be submitted in ready to print format. They can be submitted electronically in JPEG or PDF formats. Ads can be e-mailed to info.dfinc_gmail.com.
